Position Overview

Professionally clean residential homes using unique cleaning procedures and products. The overall objective is to leave the home looking and smelling freshly cleaned and groomed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cleaning products for the day
  • Load products and equipment onto the vehicle
  • Use cleaning products and procedures to clean residential homes
  • Sweep, vacuum, and then wash all hard surface floors
  • Clean and dust cobwebs, cleaning all hanging light fixtures and dusting baseboards and windowsills each cleaning
  • Move all reasonably weighted furniture to clean under and behind
  • Perform thorough customer home inspection
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer issues, and quality control before leaving home

House Cleaning

  • Vacuum and disinfect floors
  • Clean sliding glass doors
  • Remove dust and cobwebs
  • Dust sills and surfaces
  • Dust decorations according to client instructions
  • Dust ceiling fans depending on the scope
  • Dust blinds

Bathroom Cleaning

  • Clean and disinfect entire bathroom, including sink and faucet
  • Clean and sanitize shower and tub
  • Clean and disinfect the toilet
  • Shine mirrors and chrome
  • Vacuum, clean, and disinfect the floor
  • Dust fixtures and fittings
  • Dust saved brooms
  • Clean the cabinet exteriors

Kitchen Cleaning

  • Clean and disinfect the kitchen counter, the sink, and the faucet
  • Clean all appliance exteriors
  • Clean the inside of the microwave
  • Clean the exterior of the cabinets
  • Clean table and chairs
  • Dust saved brooms
  • Clean and disinfect the floor
